Product Description
The Direct Supply Attendant Pen Light can be used by a caregiver to quickly and conveniently illuminate an area while
performing their daily tasks. This Pen Light provides consistent light intensity and a user-friendly pocket clip.
Directions for Use
Upon receipt of the product, inspect the product for damage. If the product is damaged or the wrong product
was accidentally sent, DO NOT USE IT and immediately contact Direct Supply Equipment & Furnishings for
further instruction.
Before each use, verify the product is undamaged and properly functioning. Do not use the product if you suspect it
may be functioning incorrectly.
• I nstalling the batteries: Open the battery compartment by turning the lamp housing counter-clockwise (while the
lamp faces toward you).
• S lide two AAA batteries into the compartment. Ensure the batteries are inserted correctly (positive end towards
the lamp).
• C lose the battery compartment by turning the lamp housing clockwise (while the lamp faces toward you).
• W hen the batteries are installed, the product is ready to use. To illuminate the lamp, press the tip of the pocket clip
until it touches the main body of the pen light. The lamp will remain illuminated until the pressure on the pocket
clip is released.
• To clean the pen light, wipe it with a soft, damp cloth.
