Caring for the Instrument

Cleaning the mouthpiece

Dip the mouthpiece brush in a brass soap wa-

ter solution and use the brush to clean the

mouthpiece's throat. Rinse the mouthpiece

thoroughly with clean water.

Always place the instrument in its case when

you are finished playing. Also, keep the in-

strument in its case during breaks.
