When a BlackBerry® device user with a BlackBerry® Enterprise Server
Express account receives a vCard® in Japanese from a user who has a
BlackBerry® Internet Service account, the vCard contains incorrect
characters and is unreadable.
Description
A .pdf file that is created from a quick report does not display Japanese user
names correctly if the BlackBerry® Monitoring Service console is in English
when you create the .pdf file.
Description
In BlackBerry® Enterprise Server Express 5.0 SP2 or later for IBM® Lotus®
Domino®, three mapping versions for organizer data synchronization are
displayed in the BlackBerry Administration Service but some of them cannot
map for data synchronization. This information is not available in the
BlackBerry Enterprise Server Express Administration Guide.

The Japanese translation of the "Carrier" field is not standardized in
BlackBerry® Enterprise Server Express 5.0 SP1 and later.

In the BlackBerry® Enterprise Server Express for IBM® Lotus® Domino®, if
you create a Japanese folder name on a device, the folder cannot be created
in IBM® Lotus Notes®.
