consumption. If the BlackBerry Enterprise Server continues to use an unacceptable amount of CPU
resources, you can use the BlackBerry Manager to turn off support for HTML and RTF email
messages. If you turn off support for this feature, BlackBerry Enterprise Server version 4.1 SP6 uses
a similar amount of CPU resources as BlackBerry Enterprise Server version 4.1 SP5.
