BEFORE USE

FITTING THE SIDE HANDLE

1. Fit the side handle to the Duo Saw

as shown.

FITTING THE LUBRICATING STICKS

When cutting Aluminium, Copper, Stainless Steel & Cast Iron you should use the

lubricating sticks to prevent the blades from overheating.

1. Slide the lubricating stick into the

lubrication stick holder as shown.

2. To lower the stick rotate the small

dial next to the lubrication stick

holder towards you.

3. Replacment lubricating sticks are

available from your CLARKE

dealer, Part number 6462049.

USING YOUR DUO SAW

TIPS

• ALWAYS support the workpiece near the cut.

• ALWAYS clamp the workpiece securely so it will not move during the

cut. Before starting a cut, draw a guideline along the desired line of

cut.

• ALWAYS keep the mains cord away from the cutting area.
