Method for quick setup:
Click the
button in the lower left corner of screen and select "Settings".
Select "Accounts" on the right and click "Create local account" in "Your account"
on the right side. After creating a user name and a password for Windows Live ID
Account, input username, password, confirm password and password prompt.
