Removal step

Remove the cable door

Prerequisite
Before you open the top cover, turn off ThinkSmart One and wait several minutes until it is cool.
For access, do the following:
1. Disconnect the power cord from electrical outlet and disconnect all the cables from the device.
2. Place a clean soft cloth, and then lay down the device with the top cover facing up.
3. Remove the wall mount bracket. See "Remove the wall mount bracket" on page 12.
