Safety
•
Make sure that the product is unplugged
when it is being assembled.
•
The product is only intended for indoor use.
•
The lamp should be placed on a firm, level
surface in a dry atmosphere.
•
Keep the lamp out of the reach of small
children and pets.
•
If the electrical lead is damaged it should
only be replaced by a qualified electrician.
•
The lamp's electrical components
should only be replaced with equivalent
components and only by a qualified
electrician.
•
Handle the product with care. The lamp
becomes hot during use (it will remain hot
for a while after it has been switched off).
•
Never try to warm or cool the lamp more
quickly by using other methods.
•
Never use the product if the glass container
or any other part is damaged.
•
Never use the lamp on for more than 10
consecutive hours.
•
Do not move the lamp when it is hot, first
switch it off and allow it to cool.
•
The glass container is not totally full, the
empty space at the top is necessary for
the expansion which occurs when the lamp
heats up. Never open the glass container.
•
Do not place the lamp where it is exposed
to extreme temperatures e.g. in direct
sunlight or in front of an A/C unit.

Operating Instructions
1. It takes 1 – 2 hours for the lamp to warm up
enough for the wax to begin moving around.
2. The lamp is intended for use in rooms
which maintains normal room temperature
(20 to 25 °C). Do not switch the lamp on if
it is very cold or hot, first allow it to attain
room temperature, before switching it on.
3. Use only E14/C, 30 W reflector (spotlight)
bulbs. Using a bulb of the wrong shape or
power rating could result in a fire or cause
the glass container to break.
Care and Maintenance
•
Store the lamp in a frost-free environment.
•
Clean the lamp using a soft cloth after first
unplugging the lamp and allowing it to cool.
