Are the operating system or programs installed correctly? If they are
installed and conf igured correctly, have the computer serviced.
Sound problems
Make sure that:
- T he Mute f unction is of f .
- T he combo audio jack is not being used.
- Speakers are selected as the playback device.
Battery problems
Disconnect any external devices f rom the computer and then charge
the battery in a room temperature.

Recovery system problems
T he system partition, such as the partition size or the drive capacity
of C, has been modif ied.
Other problems
To turn of f your computer, press and hold the power button f or 5
seconds or more. If the computer still does not respond, remove the
AC adapter.
Your computer might lock when it enters sleep mode during a
communication operation. Disable the sleep timer when you are
working on the network.
Do not connect or disconnect any external device cables other than
USB while the computer power is on. Otherwise, you might damage
your computer.
T hen using a high power consumption external devices such as an
external USB optical disk drive, use an external device power adapter.
