Safety
• This charger is only intended for the charging of rechargeable
nickel-metal hydride batteries. Attempts to charge other
types of battery could result in personal injury and damage to
the charger.
• Only charge one type of battery (NiMH) at a time.
• Do not charge the batteries for longer than stated in
the table below. Overcharging can damage both the charger
and the battery.
• Do not expose the charger to rain or moisture. The charger is
only intended for indoor use.
• The charger should be unplugged when it is not in use.
Care and maintenance
Clean the product by wiping it with a soft dry cloth. Never use
solvents or abrasive cleaning agents.

Operating instructions
1. Insert 2 or 4 rechargeable HR6/AA or HR03/AAA NiMH
batteries into the battery compartment. Note: The batteries
must be charged in pairs.

2. Check that the batteries are inserted correctly, in accordance
with the polarity markings ("+" and "-") in the battery
compartment. Note: Never charge a mixture of HR6/AA
and HR03/AAA batteries at the same time.
3. Connect the charger to a normal 230 V wall socket.
The LED will come on straight away to indicate that
charging has begun.
4. Keep track of the charging time. Unplug the charger from
the mains once the batteries are fully charged and plug it in
again next time you charge the discharged batteries.
Note: The built-in safety timer automatically switches the charger
off after 8 hours and the LED goes out.
