Signal selection
Set the signal underneath the backside of the push button. With a button
marked S. Westminster is preset, press the button to change to the next
and then the next etc. Switch between 8 different melodies and sounds.
Note! You can purchase an additional push button and use it by the
backdoor etc. Set it on a different signal then the first to know which door
your visitor is ringing from.
Setting of radio frequency
The wireless doorbell is set on a radio frequency from the factory, change
frequency if disturbance occur from other units in the neighbourhood.
The push buttons radio frequency can be changed by the shackle on
the backside and the doorbell (receiver) sets the correct radio frequency
automatically. No need to manually changing it.
Change the push buttons radio frequency like this:
1. Loosen the push buttons backside carefully using a screwdriver.
2. There are frequency settings with four different shackles (1, 2, 3, 4)
that together gives 16 different settings.
3. Change the setting by removing one or more shackles. Remove the
batteries from the doorbell (receiver) and put them back again. The
buzzer sounds twice to indicate that it is ready to read the new radio
frequency.
4. Press the push button after changing a setting and put back the
batteries. The doorbell will sound and indicates therefore that it is
controlled by the set frequency on the push button and saves it in the
memory.
5. Testing the function.
Function
Press the push button once and it will send a wireless signal to the door-
bell. The doorbell will sound and the LED lights up once and stops when
the set signal ends. The signal is not repeated unless you hold in the push
button, release the push button and press again if you wish to repeat the
signal.
Volume control
The volume setting is in the doorbells battery compartment.
