Introduction:

Many Corvette Owners looking for an easy an effective way of connecting and

listening to their portable audio devices on the factory radio will be pleased to

find the PXDXGM4. Connecting an Auxiliary adapter to most GM's usually requires

disconnecting the factory

CD Changer**.

The PXDXGM4 connects to the radio in 1994-04 Corvette C5. CD Changer (if

present) must be disconnected, but with the storage capacity of most

portable devices, sacrificing the CD Changer should be an easy decision.

Installation:

Remove Radio from dashboard to gain access to the connectors. (

Disconnect factory 20-pin plug from Radio (See Fig. 1)

C5 Radio connector

Connect vehicles 20-pin plug from step 1 to 20-pin connector (white)

on installation harness (See Fig. 2).

Connect 20-pin plugs (black/gray) from installation harness (See Fig.

2) to 20-pin connector on Radio vacated in step 1

Ensure module dip-switches #3 and #8 are set to "ON" (See Fig. 3)

connector on Module (See Fig. 4)
