Figure 4 bolts that hold drawbar angle adjustment use 24 mm socket
Figure 5 cut steel strap holding the draw bar down
Cut any strapping holding the draw bar down. Remove the wood around the drawbar if needed with a crowbar.
Then raise the drawbar up about 2-3 inches.
