Avaya DevConnect certification includes ALL Avaya
SIP platforms and, in general, involves adding Avaya
Communication Manager 3.1.2 and Avaya SIP
Enablement Services 3.1 to any existing Avaya phone
system (TDM or IP). See the Avaya/ClearOne MAX IP
application notes at www.clearone.com.
1. Hangup procedure between MAX IP and 3Com
VCX does not finalize; loops 8 times and then
times out (within 1-2 sec.) – no impact to user
operation.
2. Call transfer feature on VCX not supported on
MAX IP .
3. Unattended conference feature on VCX not
supported on MAX IP .
ClearOne-tested with version 1.0.9 of Asterisk@Home.
Current TrixBox version not yet tested.
Cisco Call Manager 4 is not native SIP , but uses SCCP
(Skinny Client Control Protocol). ClearOne tested CM4
with SIP trunk and Asterisk SIP proxy. See the
Cisco/ClearOne MAX IP application notes at
www.clearone.com.
