Insufficient lubrication
Insufficient air supply
Broken spring in cylinder cap

STOP using the tool immediately if any of the following problems occur. Serious
personal injury could occur. Any repairs or replacements must be done by a
qualified person or an authorized service centre only.
CAUTION: Disconnect the tool from air supply before performing any service
procedure. When inserting new or re-installing O-rings, make sure they are clean
and lubricated with an O-ring lubricant.
WARNING: Repairs should be made by an authorized repair centre.
Opening this tool could invalidate your warranty.
SOLUTION
Check and replace O-ring
Check and replace trigger valve head
Check and replace trigger valve stem
Check and replace O-ring or bumper
Tighten screws
Check and replace seal
Replace bumper
Adjust air pressure at regulator
Add oil as instructed
Check air supply
Replace spring
Replace damaged internal parts
Replace bumper or pusher spring
Clean drive channel in front plate
Check hose and compressor fittings
Replace or lubricate O-ring
Replace O-ring
Replace seal
Replace joint guide
Use only recommended fasteners
Tighten all
Replace piston assembly
Replace piston assembly
Adjust regulator to adequate pressure
Check cylinder cap spring for broken coils, reduced
length, or if exhaust port is blocked
