4. Why does the projector have no video image

display and only audio is emitted?

A. You need to check if the video you are playing on

your projector is copyrighted, copyrighted streaming

platforms and videos cannot be played through

wireless screen casting. (Netflix, Prime Video,

Disney+, Apple TV+, YouTube) Because this is an

infringement, you can play videos from these

platforms with a wired connection (HDMI, IOS

Cable)

B. Secondly, if your projector is not playing

copyrighted videos, the projector still cannot

wirelessly project the video screen. Then you will

need to contact us and we will give you a specific

solution.
