SAFETY SYSTEMS

Your boat is equipped with two portable type fire extinguishers. U.S. Coast

Guard Regulation requires that all boats have functioning fire extinguishers.

NOTE: Always know the location and condition of all fire extinguishers on the

boat, and understand their operation.

Location of Onboard Fire Extinguishers

Your boat is equipped with an automatic engine stop lanyard, also known as a

kill switch. In the event that the captain is thrown overboard, the engine will

automatically shut off.

The engine stop lanyard clips to the operator's and the engine ignition panel.

NOTE: If the engine will not start always check that the engine stop lanyard is

connected.
