STEP # 5 Weight Bar Assembly

Place the weight bar support sleeve (61) between the two weight
bar holders (29 8. 35) and hang its
hooks into the desrred holes on back at the two front
uprights (4)
With the aid ol your helper place a brass washer (41)
onto each end of the weight bar support sleeve
(81) and align their holes With the snde holes on the weight bar
holders (29 8. 35) and insert the weight
bar (56) through all the holes
Center the weight bar (56) and tighten the
bolts
securely Slide an Olympic adapter (62)
onto both
adapter (62) to the weight bar (56) usrng
two set so
(54) located on the weight bar holders (29 8. 35)
ends ol the weight bar (56) and attach the Olympic
rews (52) provided Tighten the screws securely.
STEP # 6 Pec Deck Arms Assembly

Tighten the bolts securely,

Attach the backrest cushion (65) to the pec deck support post
(2) usmg two bolts (68) and two
washers (23). Tighten the bolts securely.
Attach the two arm pads (69) to the two pec deck arms (46) using four bolts (66)
and tour washers (23)
as shown Tighten the bolts securely.
