e) Improper   o r   n egligent   m aintenance   o f   t he   p roduct.  
f) Improper   i nstallation   o n   t he   s pa   o r   w ith   t he   c over   l ifter.  
g) Repairs   o r   a ttempted   r epairs   b y   p ersons   o ther   t han   t he   m anufacturer.  
h) Spa   m alfunction.  
i) Deterioration   o f   v inyl   a nd/or   f oam   e xposed   t o   t he   s un.  
j) Damage   c aused   b y   a nimals,   f ire,   v andalism   a nd/or   a ll   o ther   u sage   o f   t he   p roduct  
other   t han   a s   a   s pa   c over.  
k) Splashing   o f   c hemicals   o n   s pa   c over.  
2.2.1.4 Custom  Spa  Cover  bears  no  responsibility  with  regards  to  the  shipping  and  handling  
of   t he   c over.  
2.2.1.5 The   guarantee   applies   only   for   the   original   purchaser,   with   the   same   name   and  
address,   a s   p rinted   o n   t he   o rder   f orm.  
2.2.1.6 The   g uarantee   i s   n ot   t ransferrable   b etween   c lients.  
2.2.1.7 The   guarantee   does   not   cover   water   infiltration   into   the   interior   foam,   due   to   a  
perforation   o r   d eterioration   o f   v inyl.  
2.2.1.8 Custom   S pa   C over   i s   n ot   r esponsible   i f   d iscoloration   o f   v inyl   o ccurs.  
 
2.2.2 GUARANTEE   F OAM+  
 
2.2.2.1 This   w arranty   a pplies   o nly   a gainst   w ater   s aturating   t he   i nner   l ayers.  
2.2.2.2 To   b e   e ligible   f or   a   c laim,   t he   F oam   m ust   w eigh   m ore   t han   1 0%   o f   h is   o riginal   w eight.  
2.2.2.3 This   w arranty   w ill   o nly   b e   e ffective   f or   a   n ormal   u se   o f   t he   p roduct.  
2.2.2.4 During   t his   g uarantee   p eriod,   o nly   o ne   c laim   i s   a llowed.  
2.2.2.5 The  client  is  responsible  for  freight  of  his  new  Foam  (approx.  55$  +  tax).    Prices  will  
vary   d epending   o n   l ocation.  
 
2.2.3 GUARANTEE   V INYL+  
 
2.2.3.1 This   w arranty   w ill   o nly   b e   e ffective   f or   a   n ormal   u se   o f   t he   p roduct.  
2.2.3.2 During   t his   g uarantee   p eriod,   o nly   o ne   c laim   i s   a llowed.  
2.2.3.3 The  client  has  to  pay  for  freight  for  his  new  vinyl  (approx.  40$  +  tax).  Prices  will  vary
