"3M Product") is warranted to be free from defects in material or

manufacture for a period of 1 year from the date or purchase. If the

product does not conform to the warranty within the warranty period,

3M's exclusive obligation is to repair, replace or refund the purchase price

of the non-conforming product. To the extent permitted by law, 3M will

not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages,
