Software

Using the Software

It's advisable to always start the software before plugging the BC-1 Body
Camera into your computer.
1. Start the BC-1 Body Camera software.
2. Enter your software user id and software password to log in.
Default Administrator Login:
User: 0000
Password: 000
3. Plug the BC-1 Body Camera into your computer using the supplied
USB cable.
If this is the first time you have connected the BC-1 Body
Camera to this computer, you may have to wait for your
computer to automatically install the proper drivers.
4. Once the computer detects that the BC-1 Body Camera has been
connected to it, the BC-1 Body Camera LCD screen will display a
screen prompting you to enter the security pin.
Default BC-1 Body Camera PIN: 0000
5. Use the "Selection" button on the BC-1 Body Camera to cycle through
the numbers zero through nine (0-9) in the first column.
6. Once you have cycled through to the proper first number in the PIN,
use the "Play" button to move to the next digit.

7. After you have set the last number in the PIN, clicking the "Play"
button to select that digit will submit the PIN for verification.
8. If you have entered the proper PIN on the BC-1 Body Camera, the
LCD screen will display "MSDC" for a few seconds then turn off.
9. The software will then display the folders and files located on the
BC-1 Body Camera.

Managing Files

The left column of the BC-1 Body Camera software displays the folders
and files contained on the device. Use the upper section of the left column
to navigate through the various folders on the BC-1 Body Camera storage
media.

Viewing a File

1. Click once on the filename of the file you wish to view.
2. Click the "Open" button at the bottom of the left column.
3. Once loaded, the file will display in the big window on the right.
You can also double-click any filename to load that file in the
viewer.

Deleting a File

You must have administrative privileges to delete files.
1. Click once on the file you wish to delete.
2. Click the "Delete" button at the bottom of the left column.
3. Confirm the deletion within the popup window.
