1. Introduction
A simple plug & play Scart to HDMI 720p scaler with 50/60Hz converter.
2. Features
• Scales SCART (RGB or video) to HDTV 720p format.
• Automatic lip-sync (audio delay) ensures audio video synchronisation.
• 720p HDMI output at 50Hz or 60Hz vertical rate, selectable using switch on the front
panel.
• SCART audio is incorporated into HDMI out as well as pass-through to 3.5mm stereo
jack output.
• Input video systems - NTSC3.58 / PAL / RGB 50Hz / RGB 60Hz auto-detection.
• DVI compatible by using HDMI to DVI adaptor.

4. Operation Controls and Functions

1. POWER INPUT: Plug the supplied 5V DC power supply into the SY-720SC. The LED will
illuminate when connected.
2. HDMI OUT: Connect HDMI output port to the HDMI input of a HDTV display.
3. AUDIO OUT: Stereo L/R out.(3.5mm Jack)
4. Output vertical rate switch: Use the switch to select 50Hz or 60Hz vertical rate
output.
5. SCART IN: Use a SCART cable to connect the SCART output of your source equipment
to this SCART input.
