Troubleshooting

The dispenser only works when installed and, if applicable, when the housing is closed

(surface-mounted dispensers).

Fault/LED signal

LED flashes red slowly

LED flashes red quickly and

dispenser inoperative

LED lights up red and

dispenser inoperative

LED lights up orange and

dispenser inoperative

LED is not illuminated and

dispenser inoperative

Cause

Batteries almost empty

Pump jammed

Batteries empty

Incorrect battery polarity

Magnet in the housing or in

the pump bracket is missing

or pump bracket is bent

Batteries missing

Plug-in power supply not

plugged in correctly

No power or plug-in power

supply defective

Module not positioned

correctly in rear panel

Solution

Change batteries

Clean pump, replace if
