Chocolate Fountain
Issue
The chocolate flow
is irregular.

Cause
The appliance is not placed
on a horizontal surface.

formed into the tower.

Solution
Place the appliance on a horizontal surface.
Turn off the device for about 1 minute so as to
eliminate air from the tower (from the tower).
Turn the device back on. Repeat this opera-
tion as necessary until the air is completely
eliminated and the chocolate flow becomes
regular.
If the chocolate level in the base cup is too
low, air can form in the tower. Be careful to
use a sufficient quantity of chocolate. The
required quantity is 350 g.
Add the quantity of chocolate missing.

Melt the chocolate completely.
Turn off the appliance and unplug it from the
mains socket. Remove food or chocolate
pieces.
