Stop: The computer cuts off by itself at the end of four minutes.

"SPEED" : Running speed expressed in kilometers per hour

Displays the treadmill speed from 1km/h to 16km/h preset by the control but-

ton in increments of 0.1 km/h.

"TIME" : duration of the exercise in minutes

"DISTANCE" : Distance covered in kilometers

"CALORIES" : Estimates of calories expended.

Note: This is only an estimate and in no case should be consi-

dered a medical certainty.

Displays the number of calories burnt.

Display 1 = 100 Calories.

"START/STOP" :

1. To interrupt the exercise, press "STOP" once.

To resume exercise, press "START."

2. To reset the workout to zero, hold the "STOP" button down for five seconds.

"MODE" :

1. Select the program.

1. While adjusting the workout: selects a program or increases or reduces the

duration of the workout.

2. During the workout:

: Increases the speed of the treadmill in increments of 0.1 km per hour.

: Reduces the speed of the treadmill in increments of 0.1 km per hour.

INCLINE "

1. While adjusting the workout, select a program.

2. During the workout:

: Increases the incline of the running surface in increments of 1°.

: Reduces the incline of the running surface in increments of 1°.

"LAP" :

Measures the distance of the exercise.

One lap around the stadium is equivalent to a distance of 1/4 mile (400m)

It is possible to adjust the incline of the running surface from 0% to 12%.

For that purpose press the + or – incline buttons to produce the desired angle.

To get into SCAN mode (continuous information display) press the MODE key

for two seconds.

The "MODE" key is used to display the desired information.
