Receiver (Physician/NP/Provider end)
1. To listen in real time, go to https://dashboard.ekodevices.com/users/sign_in
2. Sign in using username/password on this document; find site and select "Listen Livestream".
3. Or: open email from patient site, then select Listen Now.
4. To listen to a recording of auscultation, open email link (preferably in Chrome, but anything other
than Internet Explorer will work): if first time using the app, will need to create account (no cost)
To use Eko Duo as a stethoscope (without transmitting to another person)
1. Attach earpieces to Duo
2. Turn on stethoscope: press and hold center button until white light flashing
3. Adjust sound buttons on side of stethoscope; adjust filter by pressing 3 times on center button
4. Place bell of stethoscope as needed for auscultation/assessment
Cleaning the device: wipe entire surface with Accel wipe after each
use and allow to dry completely.
Clean earpiece between each use: wipe with Accel wipe (avoid tip of
connector) and allow to dry completely.

Audio Filter
The DUO has 4 different audio filters. You can change to a
different filter by clicking the centre button 3 times.
Diaphragm and Bell modes are better suited for lower
frequency sounds (i.e. cardiac and bowel); Mid-range and
Extended are best for higher frequency sounds (i.e. lung).
