CAUTION: Do not over tighten fasteners.

1. (FIGURE 1) Insert the rubber table top

bumpers (D) into the holes located on the

top of the table legs (B).

2. (FIGURE 2) Place the table top (A) upside
down on a flat non-scratch clean surface.
Insert legs (B) into the plastic sleeves located
underneath the table top (A).
3. (FIGURE 3) Insert leg support ring (C)
between legs (B). Secure the legs to the ring

using hex bolts (F), washers (E) using the hex
wrenches (I) provided. Secure the legs to the
table top using screws (H). Turn table upright
on a level surface, then tighten all fasteners.
Place hex bolt caps (G) over exposed bolt
heads and nuts.
Do not completely tighten fasteners.
4. (FIGURE 4) Turn table upright and it is ready
for use.
