Carefully remove the contents from the package.

If any parts are missing do not attempt to use the product until they have been

obtained and correctly installed.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

1. Unpack all the parts on a flat, non-scratching

surface.

Note: The T-shape bracket (C) will ship

pre-assembled with the 2-1/2" x 5" spring

pieces (D), 1-1/4" x 2" steel plates (E), hex

bolts (F), lock washers (G), and hex nuts (H).

2. Turn the chair assembly (A) upside down.

3. (SEE FIGURE 1) If necessary mount the

T-shape bracket assembly (C) to the support

bar underneath the chair, Insert 2 bolts (F)

through a plate (E), then through the top of

the support bar underneath the seat assembly

(A). Slide the bracket assembly (C) onto the 2

bolts. Place a plate (E) onto the bolts, followed

by lock washers (G) and hex nuts.(H) Do not

tighten completely.

4. Repeat Step 3 on the other side.

5. Tighten all bolts with the two wrenches

provided.

6. (SEE FIGURE 2) Align the seat post (C) with the

central hole of base assembly (B). Carefully insert

the post until fully seated.

Note:

A back and forth twisting motion of the

chair and post will ease the assembly process.
