In case curing needs to be repeated, press the

Ultraled activation button again. In order to

interrupt the curing cycle, press the activation

button again.

Bleaching

Attach the acrylic bleaching tip (fig. B, item 3 or 4)

to the front orifice of the handpiece.

The bleaching tips are sold separately.

After the tip has been attached to the

equipment, it should be cleaned with some

gauze, since oiliness from the user's hands

and other stains on the acrylic tip may affect

light conduction.

Plug the equipment in the power source outlet, and

turn on its master switch.

Follow the gel manufacturer's instructions as regards

activation time and the distance between the tip

and the gel.

Press the button to activate the LED, which will light

up slowly. As soon as it is activated, the LED will

remain on during the set time and a tone will be

heard every 10 seconds.

When the programmed time has ended, the LED will

go off. (refer to "Time setting").

To interrupt the bleaching cycle, press the

activation button again.

Time Setting

Activate the master switch to turn on the instrument

and keep the handpiece activation button pressed

until a long tone is heard. Release the activation

button. Press it the number of times corresponding

to the desired tome setting. Each touch corresponds

to 10 seconds. The maximum setting time is 100

seconds.

Intensity time adjustment program

Press the activation button on the handpiece

to activate the LED. Then, without releasing

the activation button, wait three seconds, and

a long tone will be emitted. Still keeping the

activation button pressed, wait until a second

tone is emitted. Release the activation button and

wait for a tone indicating the first setting phase,

"Low Power". Then, press the activation button

to set the application percentage. Each touch

corresponds to 10% of the total pre-adjusted total

functioning time, and the maximum will be 100%

(in case the activation button is not pressed, the

system will understand that no percentage has

been set in this phase).

After the desired application percentage has been

programmed, and if it is less than 100%, wait 2

seconds, and 2 tones will be emitted, indicating

the second setting phase, "Medium Power".

Repeat the procedure used for the first phase. At

this moment, only the remaining percentage can

be programmed. "High Power" will correspond

to the remaining percentage from the two first

phases. Two seconds after the setting of the

second phase has been concluded, 3 fast tones will

be emitted, indicating setting completion. In case

you wish to set only some of the phases, access

the setting model as explained above, but do not

press the activation button after each phase. The

system will automatically shift to the next phase.

When the activation button is not pressed during

the setting of phase 1 and 2, the application will

be set at 100% with "High Power".

Example: For an application time setting of 60

seconds and the phases respectively set at 10, 20

and 70%, the LED will remain on for 6 seconds at

low power, for 12 seconds at medium power and

for 42 seconds at high power.

Cleaning

Clean the equipment surface with a clean soft

cloth moistened in Aplic Odonto by Dabi Atlante or

another product with similar chemical properties

The use of other chemical products is not

recommended as it may damage the equipment.

In case PVC film is used, make sure that the

ventilation orifices (air inlet and outlet) are not

clogged. The acrylic light tip should never be

wrapped in any kind of material.

Sterilization

The acrylic curing light tip as well as the bleaching

light tips must not be autoclaved.

Maintenance

Preventive maintenance

In order to reduce equipment faults and increase

durability, call Dabi Atlante Authorized Technical

Assistance and set a regular preventive maintenance

plan.

Corrective maintenance

In case the equipment presents any faults that are

not listed in "Troubleshooting", contact Dabi Atlante

Authorized Technical Assistance.

Do not open the equipment and/or try to repair

it as such action may aggravate the problem or

even generate further malfunctioning.
