12. TROUBLE SHOOTING

Should the Alarm Unit not go off when your child wets please check the

following:-

o Ensure the Detector Pad is connected to the Alarm Unit.

o Test the Astric Dry-Bed by connecting the Alarm Unit and Detector

Pad and placing a damp cloth across the circuit close to the end

where the wire is as per section 4 'TESTING THE ASTRIC DRY-BED'.

o If the alarm did not go off, Check the batteries are in the correct

way. If they are, change the batteries.

o If the Alarm did go off, reset the alarm and use a damp cloth to test

further down the detector pad. A full testing process is available

within the 'Video Guides' section of our website.

o If you find an area of the Detector Pad that does not work and your

Detector Pad is within Warranty, please contact us for a

replacement. Note: You will need to send your Detector Pad back to

receive a replacement.

If you are receiving false alarms, please review section 8 of the instruction

manual 'FALSE ALARMS AND HOW TO AVOID THEM'.

If your child starts to sleep through the alarm, we recommend that you

change the sound on the Alarm Unit and ensure the volume is set to

maximum. If this does not work please refer to the last paragraph on

page 10.
