Check if Filter (U2703, U3301) and theirs soldering are damaged

Measure VREG_L5_1P8,VREG_L7_1P8,VREG_L24_1P3V's voltage

Check if 26M crystal oscillator normally works, if the supply voltage is normal

Add soldering or replace 26M crystal oscillator

Add soldering or re-solder or replace the chip (U2703, U3301, U3302) and test again

Add soldering or re-solder or replace CPU and test again
