Conventional cooking
This method of cooking is perfect for your favourite
recipes to be cooked in the traditional way, using top
and bottom heating elements. This makes it particularly
good for cooking pastry, cakes or for one shelf cooking.
Turbo grilling
This gives an authentic spit roast effect without needing
to baste or turn the joint. It combines the grill and the
fan to give a crisp but tender result.
Top heat
Perfect for browning dishes such as shepherd's pie or
lasagne.
Defrost
The fan simply circulates the air around the oven.
This allows you to defrost food quickly and hygienically
in half the time without having to use a microwave.
Fast heat up

This is the ideal way to ensure a nice crispy base with

Bottom heat

Heat + Hold is selected before you start cooking and
automatically switches to a set 30 minute 'keep warm'
function at the end of cooking. This function is used in
conjunction with the timer. Ideal for guests who may
be running late.
