& APPLICATIONS
The AN-1001X is a two-way, full-range monitor speaker
with 100 watts power handling and an impedance rating of
8 ohm. It has a shielded magnet speaker, and won't cause
interference when installed near video monitors. Input ter-
minations include 1/4" - phone jack and in/out bare-wire
push terminals.
Applications for the product include foreground and back-
ground music systems, music playback, full-range paging
and instructional applications.
The AN-1001X case is available in either a charcoal grey or
platinum beige color that blends into any environment. A
variety of mounting accessories are available for wall, ceil-
ing, speaker stand and equipment rack installations.
NOTE: Model AN-1001X/70 has a 70-volt
trans former. It has easily-accessible
power taps at 5, 10, and 30 watts.

MOUNTING ACCESSORIES
SB-1BK: Speaker Stand Bracket
A multi-purpose bracket used for mounting the AN-1001X to a
wall, ceiling or onto a speaker stand (1.5" dia. stand adapter
included).
SB-3BK: Wall Mounting Bracket
Used for mounting the AN-1001X to a wall or ceiling.
SB-360BK: Swivel (360°) Wall Mounting Bracket
Mounts the AN-1001X to a wall or ceiling; speaker swivels 360°
within bracket (not shown).
RM-1BK: Single Rackmount Kit
Used for mounting one AN-1001X in a standard equipment rack.
RM-12BK: Dual Rackmount Kit
Mounts two AN-1001X's side-by-side in a standard equipment
rack (not shown).

SINGLE RACK MOUNT
ARCHITECTS' SPECIFICATION
The monitor speaker shall be an Anchor AN-1001X or equiv-
alent. The general construction shall include an injection-
molded case, one 4.5" woofer, one dome tweeter, and in-
put terminations consisting of both 1/4" - phone and in/out
bare-wire terminals.
The maximum speaker dimensions shall be 5.25" high,
8.375" wide, and 9" deep. The maximum weight shall be
4.2 pounds.
The case shall be formed by injection-molded high-impact
polystyrene, and shall include an integrally-cast speaker
port. The case shall have a textured finish of charcoal grey
or platinum beige color.
The woofer shall be magnetically shielded so as not to cause
video interference, and shall be protected by a steel-mesh
grill. The tweeter dome size shall be 10 mm, and shall be
ferro-fluid cooled.
The monitor speaker has the ability to be mounted on walls,
ceilings, equipment racks and speaker stands with appropri-
ate hardware and accessories.
