Place the oil collecting pan under the stone in the circular recess. Put the
stone carefully on top of the product. Align the four slits on the underside of
the stone with the four vertical supports.
Then plug the appliance into the electrical supply. switch the appliance on by
turning the rotary thermostat knob clockwise to the desired temperature
setting, then heat for thirty minutes in a well ventilated room, some smoke
may be produced by the heating element. The heating process will remove
any residue left on by the manufacturing process.
Cooking with the Raclette/Grill/Fondue
Switch on the Raclette/Grill/Fondue and allow it to heat up for at least 20 minutes.
NOTE: The stone top accessory will take longer to reach high temperatures, allow
30 minutes for the appliance to reach it maximum temperature setting.

In 3-4 minutes the cheese will be melted and will have turned golden brown.
