lamp still does not operate, replace ballast.
Swap suspect lamp, with known good lamp. If
suspect lamp still does not operate, replace lamp.
Confirm contact of lamp and lampholder is
tight and lampholder is making full contact
with lamp.
Locate corresponding ballast and replace.
Install lamps.
Confirm access cover is on and latched.
Replace interlock switch.
