BEFORE THE FIRST USE
IMPORTANT: you must clean the surface of the countertop and the solid plates (see the section
"Cleaning and maintenance")
You must switch on one cooking zone at a time, for 5 minutes at the maximum setting.
This will help eliminate any new odor that exists and evaporate moisture that has formed
in the heating elements during transit.
When carrying out this burning process, a pan of the appropriate size containing cold
water should be placed in the area in question.
Do not burn more than one area at a time.
Control knobs
All operations are carried out using the 2 control commands located on the right side of
the top of the hob.
The control knobs can be turned clockwise or counterclockwise to select a heating level.
The numbers around the outside of each control command indicate the power level at
which you have set the zone.
A mark in the lower right part of each control knob indicates which zone it controls.
Lighting a zone and configuring a power level.
Turn the control knob of the area in which you want to cook, to the
right or to the left until it reaches the desired power level.
Each cooking zone can be adjusted between 1 and 6, one is the
configuration of the coldest zone and six the configuration of the
hottest zone.
