7. WARRANTY CONDITIONS

The Droper Vet is guaranteed against any part or manufacture defects for a period of 1 year from its

date of first use. To benefit from the parts and labor warranty from our After-Sales Service or from an

approved service, the following conditions must be complied with :



The device must have been used under the normal operating conditions described herein.



The device must not have suffered from any deterioration caused by its storage, maintenance

or incorrect handling.



The device must not have been modified or repaired by persons not authorized by us.



The serial number of the device must not have been modified or erased.



For item returns and repairs, please contact the After-Sales Service.

The Droper Vet was designed to operate for a period of 2 years, calculated based on a daily usage rate

of 8 infusions per day from its commissioning date and for a period of 10 years from its date of

manufacture. The user is responsible for recording the date of first use by any means deemed

appropriate for traceability purposes.
