Cycle_Unoccupied – Determines if the unit will cycle on/off to space
temperature when in unoccupied status. Enumerated "yes/no".
Low_Econ_Limit – Economizer low limit. Used to limit the minimum
position of dampers or the minimum VFD speed. Also used with two speed/
position economizer.
High_Econ_Limit – Economizer high limit. Used to limit the
maximum position of dampers or the maximum VFD speed. Also used with
two speed/position economizer.
