TROUBLE

The appliance is

not working.

not dehumidify.

POSSIBLE CAUSE

Power adapter is not

connected.

Water Tank is full.

Water tank is not

positioned properly.

Air inlet could be dirty.

Air Inlets and/or

Outlets could be

blocked.

Room is too big and/or

well ventilated.

Temperature in the

room is too low

causing less

dehumidification.

SOLUTION

Plug the power adapter

to the mains socket.

Check if the other end is

connected to the

dehumidifier properly.

Empty the water tank.

Position the water tank

correctly.

Clean the air inlet and

try again.

Keep the dehumidifier in

a well ventilated area.

Make sure that the room

is within the operating

parameters of the

device and if needed,

close off the cross-

ventilation in the room

to improve the

dehumidification.

Raise the temperature

of the room by closing

off ventilation and

heating up, if needed

using non-steam

producing heating

appliances.
