STEP 9: DOOR
Items:
1x Single Door
2x Turn Button
1x Hasp & Staple
3x Door Hinge
27x 35mm Screws
6x Metric Plain Washers
6x Hex Nut
6x Coach Bolt
Door:
•
Position the door in the frame.
•
Ensuring there is a 5mm gap on each side of the door.
•
The bottom edge of the door should be flush with the bottom
shiplap.
•
See image on the right for reference.

** Pre-drill parts before fixing screws **
NOTE:
The layout of your doors can be changed by installing the relevant
Panels on the opposite side of your Hangover Bar.
Fix the turn buttons
Use the image on the left for reference.

Use 2x 35mm Screws.

Hasp & Staple.
Position the hasp & staple.
•
Ensuring that you fix the hasp & staple
•
in line with the middle rail of the door.
Use the image on the left for reference.

Use 7x 35mm Screws.

Fix the hinges onto Side Panel
making sure you fix onto the door
rail. Use 6x 35mm Screws for each
hinge
