4 - Maintenance
To extend the life of the product, perform the following operations regularly:
Clean the unit with a soft, dry cloth or suitable cleaning wipes. Do not use solvent-based cleaners
and avoid getting all kinds of liquids into the hearing loop listener.
Turn off the headset when not in use.
Keep the battery charged.
5 - Troubleshooting
Symptom
Ignition orange LED
does not light up.
No loop sound is heard
in the hearing loop
listener.

Possible fault
1. The battery is empty
2. There is an internal fault
1. Sound is not loud enough.
2. The tester is not at an
appropriate distance to listen
to the loop.
3. The magnetic loop does not
work.
4. The headphone has a
problem.
5. Internal fault.
Action
1. Connect the tester to a USB charger
2. Contact your dealer
1. Turn up the volume.
2. Bring the hearing loop listener
closer to the loop.
3. Use another hearing loop tester
or listening system (if possible) to
make sure the loop works. If no
sound is coming out of the loop,
contact your dealer.
4. Replace the headphone.
5. Follow step 3. If the sound is heard
with another device, contact your
dealer to change the hearing loop
tester.
