CHARGING THE BATTERY PACK

Note: Batteries will not reach full charge the first time they are charged. Allow several

cycles (working followed by recharging) for the item to fully charge. The battery should

only be used indoors.

•

After normal usage, about one hour of charging time is required for the battery to

be fully charged.

•

Do not place the charger in an area of extreme heat or cold. It operates best at

room temperature.

Charging Indication

•

The charger has two LEDs (red and green).

•

Push the battery pack to make sure the contacts on the

battery pack engage properly with the contacts in the charger.

•

When it is properly connected, the red light will illuminate.

•

When the battery is charged, the red light will go out

automatically and the green light will be lit.

REMOVAL/INSERTION OF BATTERY

•

To remove the battery, press the battery release latches

on the side of the battery and pull the battery pack out at

the same time.

•

To insert the battery, push the battery pack onto the

contacts, without using force, until it engages.
