6 meters. For security glass (Class A1 to A3, EH01), the distance must not
exceed 3.65 meters.
Do NOT install the detector:
•
In rooms with interior window blinds, e.g., made of wood.
•
In a corner.
•
In rooms with noise insulation.
•
In glazed entrance halls, noisy kitchens, garages, workshops,
staircases, bathrooms.
•
and other small, noisy rooms.
•
Near compressors.
•
In damp rooms.
Installation
1. Open the casing by holding the detector base and removing the cover.
2. Screw the base to the desired position on the wall or ceiling (Fig. 1 Pos.
3, 5).
3. Insert the supplied lithium battery (type CR 2 3.0V) and check for
correct polarity.
4. To deactivate the internal LED, connect the jumper to contact LK3 (Fig.
1, Pos. 1) on one pin only.
5. If the green cable is connected to the screw clamp block contact marked
"Alarm", jumper contact LK1 (Fig. 1, Pos. 2) must be open.
