Technical maintenance operations should only be done by approved servicing

centers

... however some problems can easily be solved :

Artema stops during display or printing :

Recharge the battery by placing the handset on the base for several hours

Check the battery is correctly set in the handset

Check the printer casing is correctly closed

The handset is not communicating with the base (portable version only) :

Check the base is on (green indicator on)

If the green indicator is off, check the power line is correctly plugged.

Check the radio link between the base and the handset.

Phone calls to processing centers fail (portable version only) :

Check that the phone line is correctly connected

Check that your phone installation works

Check that the telecommunication parameters match your phone installation.

Paper jams :

Check that the paper roll is correctly placed.

Check that the paper casing is correctly closed.
