2. Installation of several KKHR

1) Bei Reparaturlängen > 6m die KKHR Ø110 und Ø125 zur Erhöhung der Stabilität versetzt montieren.

2) Das erste, obere KKHR auf etwa die Hälfte der Lieferlänge kürzen.

3) Das Abdeckband an der Stoßstelle gegenüberliegenden Nut ca. 5cm entfernen und mit Abdichtmasse

verfüllen.

4) Vor der endgültigen Montage das KKHR mit geringsten Spalt fluchtend ausrichten.

5) Unteres KKHR auf der eben abgeglichenen Grabensohle auslegen.

6) Von groben Schmutz gereinigtes Kabel in das KKHR einlegen.

7) Das Abdeckband über der Nut an den Enden des unteren und oberen KKHR ca. 5cm entfernen.

8) Nut an den vorbereiteten Enden auf einer Länge von min. 3cm mit Abdichtmasse verfüllen, um die

Dichtigkeit an den Verbindungsstellen zu gewährleisten.

1) For repair lengths > 6m at KKHR Ø110 and Ø125 you have to install them displaced to increase the

stability.

2) Reduce the first upper KKHR to about the half of the supply length.

3) Remove the cover strip also at the joint of opposite groove for a length of approx. 5cm to fill it with mastic.

4) Before mounting be sure that the KKHR align with the minimum of the gap.

5) Lay the lower KKHR on the matched trench bottom.

6) Insert the from heavy dirt cleaned cable into the KKHR.

7) Remove the tape above the froove on the ends of the lower and upper KKHR on a length of approx. 5cm.

8) Fill the groove in the prepared ends to a length of at least 3cm with mastic to ensure the tightness of the

connections.

9) Oberes KKHR (LB/2) stirnseitig bündig auf das untere KKHR auflegen.

10) Beide KKHR mit dem Montagegerät zusammenpressen, wobei das untere KKHR wird von dem

u-förmigen Bügel des Montagegerätes umfasst wird und durch Niederdrücken des Hebels wird das

obere KKHR hörbar in die Nut- und Federverbindung eingerastet.

11) Bei KKHR Ø50 in Abständen von ca. 20cm und bei KKHR Ø110 in Abständen von ca. 30cm wiederholen.

9) Lay the upper KKHR (LB/2) flush in front side on the lower KKHR.

10) Press the KKHR with an assembly tool together, wherein the lower KKHR covered from the u-shaped

bracket of the assembly tool and by depressing of the lever clicks into the upper KKHR.

11) Repeat the installation-process at KKHR Ø50 in intervals of approx. 20cm, at KKHR Ø110 in intervals

of approx. 30cm.
