the louvre moulding to fix it to the van. Fit caps on screws provided (see fig. 7).
CHECK AGAIN THAT THE DISCHARGE DOOR HAS CLEARANCE.
5: Before installing facia, plug the unit into the GPO. A suitable clearance hole may be made to allow
the plug through.
6: Install the inside facia. Depending on the depth of the cupboard, an extension duct may have to
used. Measure the distance from the front of unit to the front of cupboard. If the measurement
exceeds 80mm then an extension is required (see fig. 7). Measure the actual distance, then deduct
10mm to give the required duct length.
For example, if the measured distance is say 105 mm. then duct must be cut 105 - 1 0 = 95mm
7: Slip the extension duct provided over the spigot on the unit.
8: Bring the facia assembly up close to the unit and plug in the 2 pin plug at the connection box and
the 8 pin plug of the control cable (see fig. 8). Now carefully align the air discharge spigot of the
facia with the spigot on the unit (If an extension duct is used then line this up with the facia spigot).
Push the facia assembly hard up to the cupboard front and install the fixing screws provided. The
blanking caps can now be installed over these screws.
