Assembly Instructions

Please note:

 When unpacking carefully examine the product to ensure it is complete. See

contents list above.

 Before you begin assembly check for any damage. If damaged please contact

your supplier and refrain from using the product.

 Do not attempt to use if the product is damaged.

Assembly:



 Put the seat belt on the backrest tube and assemble the backrest tube to the

frame; using M8 knob to fix backrest on the frame; put the brake wire to C

clip.

 Take out the castors from the carton and assemble on the frame. Front and

rear castors are all swivel castor with brake, using E clip to fix the position.

 Take the footplates out and put it on the frame, sway it inside.

 The footplates can be adjusted to an angle if necessary. Using Allen wrench

to loosen the screw, adjust the angle and lock the screw.

 Place the PU headrest to fixed set on the push bar. The headrest can be

adjusted to a different angle; the knob is controlled by the distance of the

headrest.
