 This product is designed so when in use the seat will be lower at the

front then the rear, the easy way to check if the product is set for correct

use is to ensure that you can see an equal number of holes visible on all

four legs. The product may have been sent with the front legs lower than

This product carries a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase against

manufacturing defects, damage incurred through misuse is not covered. This
