16. Place washer on bolt end to inside of wheel.

17. Insert bolt thru wheel mount. Place spring washer and

then nut onto bolt end. Tighten securely.

Note: If over tightened the wheel will not move.

Insert cap over axle bolt end.

Repeat steps 14-17 for

second wheel.

Quick Release Axles

18. For the Quick Release Axles remove the washer from

the bolt.
