Sizing the ear canal

Select the Correct Comfort Tip (Tip) Size for your Ear(s)

Start with Medium

Too tight? Try Small

Too loose? Try Large

Still loose? Try Extra Large

Attach the selected Tip to the Programming Cable

u You will feel a light snap or hear a light click as the

Tip locks in.

u Correct Tip size should effectively block ambient

sound – like putting on earplugs, it should be tight

but comfortable.

u Left and right ear sizes may vary.

u Repeat this step if you purchased both (Left and

Right) hearing devices.

Inserting and Removing the Programming

Cable with the Tip into the Ear Canal

INSERT & PUSH IN

Gently into ear canal

PULL OUT

Gently to remove

Pulling your ear, up or back,

may help insertion.

Marker Dot UP

Handle BACK

DO NOT push too far in.

The handle needs to be

accessible for removal of

the device.

DO NOT push in the device

if it feels uncomfortable.
